6. The beetle in the box

About this game

How to play

  1. Each session starts with something to do: decide what is in your box and change it, or keep a diary of a sensation and then test it against a gauge.
  2. Then answer questions about what you saw. A wrong answer gets a reply explaining why; try again.
  3. Each round ends with the point it shows, and each session with the passage it comes from.

The idea

If a word worked only by naming a private object, the object would drop out: the talk goes on the same whatever is in the boxes.
